Manoj (people call him a spiritual standup comedian) uses an uniquely entertaining, interactive story telling style using Hindu/Buddhist deities in his workshops to illuminate Bhakti practices as well as deep non dual philosophy. He uses these deity archetypes to help people in their hero’s journey as elucidated by Joseph Campbell and Carl Jung. An Indian-born scientist with a PhD in Chemical engineering from Cornell University, Manoj helps individuals find their archetypes in Hindu/Buddhist Yogic deities and teaches the 5 practices to work with their archetype as a spiritual practice. He has also compiled a book on the symbolisms of these deity archetypes.
Manoj is in the business of story telling to inspire people. He has many you tube videos with deity statues as a compelling media to tell stories. Manoj was interviewed by the Ram Dass foundation for their podcast on "The Deities". Manoj, Jyothi and Kurt have created an “online ashram” under Patreon. Under Murtis and Vedanta Youtube Chanel. They have a physical ashram in San Diego called Vivekodayam Ashram where Manoj conducts retreats, all for no charge as Seva. Manoj’s workshops are usually 70% lecture/group exercises, 15% archetypical deity yoga meditations, 10% Mantra chantings and 5% light spiritual stretches.

Shanti Salish Kirtan is a beautiful practice that combines music, chanting, and community. Kirtan is the centuries-old practice of call and response singing of the names of the Divine. Accessible to participants of all religions or no religion at all, kirtan is easy to learn and participate in. The name “Salish” refers to one of the indigenous peoples of the Pacific Northwest and also the inland sea comprising the Strait of Georgia, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, and the Puget Sound in British Columbia and the state of Washington. It’s a beautiful blend of music, spirituality, and community in a stunning natural setting.
The Shanti Salish Kirtan Band has been evolving for 10 years and currently consists of up to 8 members from various spiritual traditions playing harmonium, guitar, bass guitar, mrudunga, percussion and, of course, voice. They focus mainly on Sanskrit based call and response chants with the occasional english and Sikh chant. Shanti Salish offers Kirtan twice per month in Port Townsend, WA.

"Each song is akin to a day in one's life, akin to a small tribute to a distinct plant, perhaps a unique mushroom, or a slice of life experience, all woven through trials and tribulations," says Torin Frost. Based in Washington State, near Seattle, they graced many stages during the 2023 festival season, including The Oregon Country Fair, Departure Festival NW, and The Okanogan Family Barter Faire. Carrying that momentum, they embarked on a series of regional shows throughout the fall. At the Sea Monster Lounge in Seattle, they delivered an unforgettable four-hour set. These regional performances reached a crescendo with the Sonic Renewal New Year's bash in Portland, Oregon. The band's lineup features rapper/MC Torin Frost and Lauren Santi. Their eclectic mix of Funk, Latin, Reggae, Gospel, and Hip Hop seamlessly melds to create a sound that captivates a broad audience of audio adventurers. This, combined with a thoughtful approach to Hip Hop and a fervent passion for freestyling, results in a dynamic performer whose presence is uniquely felt at each show. Torin is dedicated to various noble causes and feels a deep calling to spread a healing frequency across the globe.

We live fast lives and yoga teaches us to slow down. As the practice taught me to pay attention it also slowly reconnected me with my true self. The practice helps shed my ego, so I can see and hear what is going on. I try my best to walk back into the world centered.
I teach to share what I know, what I believe works. I share this beautiful knowledge and understanding that has transformed the way I live. The physical practice brings us somewhere deeper when we are ready.
Yoga is what you need when you need it. It's important to remember there are no "quick fixes" with yoga. It takes practice, dedication and consistency.
As an athlete I pushed myself to the edge all the time. I pushed past pain and into discomfort to be better, not realizing I was harming my body.
Yoga has given me that chance to slow it down. It has helped me progress as an athlete, but more importantly as an individual. Yoga taught me to push, but with ease. It brought a sweet sense of love into my life and those around me. Yoga & Wellness with Richard Guevara

Dikla started practicing yoga in 2003 after many years of practicing martial arts. She wanted to find something softer but still challenging that would support her new lifestyle and career. She stepped into her first yoga class and fell in love immediately! Over the years she practiced many styles of yoga, including Ashtanga, Iyengar and Sivananda.
Her first TT was Ashtanga, back in Tel Aviv, Israel, right after her first pregnancy. Dikla practiced the full primary series during her second pregnancy. Here in the US she has completed 200h Hatha yoga TT with HYI, 200h Vinyasa TT with Les Leventhal – 95h TT certification in Yin with Ali Valdez, and 500h advanced studies with Sattva Yoga.
Dikla teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, as well as Yoga Philosophy, and the thing she loves the most is challenging students and reminding them how strong they are. "I encourage students to come to the mat every day! Even if its just for a few minutes, for 3 of their favorite poses, or a couple of sun salutes. I strongly believe that daily practice is important and want to encourage everyone to explore the discipline of self-practice."

Her velvety voice, creative interpretations of music from various world traditions, beautiful original songs, and open-hearted presence create unforgettable musical experiences.
Johanna wrote her first song at age 9 and had her first solo performance at 10, singing John Lennon's "Imagine" at a children's charity benefit. By 20, she had performed in clubs, coffee houses, colleges, benefit concerts, rallies, festivals, musical theatre, rock and world-beat bands, gospel and women's community choirs, improvisational acting and singing troupes, and films.

As a Seattle native, I've been a part of the west coast music scene for three decades, DJing since the era of old school raves. My style is defined by squishy, undulating, tubular, and funky bass lines, blending genres like Breaks, Garage, Techno, House, Drum & Bass, 2-Step, Progressive, Trap, as well as Dub and other downbeat & chill-out genres. My performances are eclectic, rarely confined to a single genre. From 2001-2005, I headlined and organized club nights and events in Seattle and Portland before relocating my DJ career to Los Angeles. Although I stepped away from the scene in 2017 to embark on a new journey with holistic supplements at S.U.N. (Science Under Nature), the urge to animate dance floors has resurfaced. Get ready for the extraordinary as we create something truly unique together.
